Marc Cohen

Marc Cohen has over 10 years advanced technology recruitment experience with an outstanding sales leadership track record.

Marc is noted for his innovative solutions and penetration of international markets. The focus on global recruitment has led Marc to managing operations in London, Sydney and Los Angeles and leading large international recruitment campaigns in America, Europe and Asia.

Prior to establishing ConSol Partners, Marc was Executive Vice President of a multinational staffing organisation, with sole responsibility for sales and operations within North America and CALA. Marc created global resourcing solutions for US companies looking to achieve accelerated growth. Specifically he led project based solutions for up to 50 people, through the import of talent from places such as India and Europe, to address the skills shortages for cutting edge technologists.

Marc holds certification as a Dale Carnegie Sales Trainer (R) and Dale Carnegie (R) Leadership Trainer having delivered programs to over 1000 people, across 8 different industries.

Graeme Hubert

Graeme Hubert has over 12 years experience of providing talent solutions to the Communications & Content marketplace on a worldwide basis.

Graeme is noted for his experience of building long term partnerships with clients to deliver talent solutions throughout AsiaPac, Europe and the Middle East. As a result of working exclusively in the Communications space throughout his career Graeme has amassed unrivalled domain knowledge.

Prior to establishing ConSol Partners, Graeme was a Founder and Director of a UK top 100 technology recruitment firm. Graeme was the number one revenue generating sales person, whilst also leading the largest and fastest growing division of the company. His teams have delivered £multi million revenue streams across diverse geographical markets.

Matthew Ellis

Matthew Ellis has served as a Non-Executive Director at Consol since the companies’ inception.

He has extensive knowledge of the recruitment sector gained from over 13 years experience across multiple markets and both the public and private sectors.

Matthew was previously the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Kellis Group, where he helped implement the market leading managed solution in the education sector. Kellis Group was acquired by Synarbor Plc (formerly Public Recruitment Group Plc) in September 2005 after trading for little over 2 years, with the company producing a turnover in excess of £16 million.

Once Kellis was acquired, Matthew was appointed to the Board of Synarbor as Operations Director and subsequently promoted to Chief Operating Officer in 2007. At the time, Synarbor, had over 300 employees, 22 offices nationally, turned over c£100 million and traded on the London Stock Exchange.

Matthew’s key skills lie within the operations, management and strategic development and growth of a recruitment business. This has enabled each company he has worked with to significantly reduce initial capital outlay and stream line operating costs, whilst at the same time create greater efficiencies and ultimately produce superior yields in comparison to competitors.
