Solution Engineer/ Pre-Sales Engineer

They are looking to hire a Solution Engineer/ Pre-Sales Engineer to join the team in Germany (Munich/Berlin). As a Business Solution Engineer/ Pre-Sales Engineer some of the responsibilities will include:
- Responding to RFP/RFI’s, engaging in conference calls, addressing technical concerns at every phase of the sales cycle.
- Assist sales team with direct technical support whilst prospecting.
- Provide guidance and mentor staff on technical elements.
- Provide demonstrations and POC’s.
To be considered for the role of a Solution Engineer/ Pre-Sales Engineer a candidate should exhibit the following qualifications:
- 5+ Years’ experience in technical field sales such at web development or IT.
- 3+ Years’ in an industry such as CDN, OVP, Encoding/Transcoding or CMS.
- 3+ Years’ Sales/Pre-Sales, Solution Sales engineering within a customer facing environment.
- 2+ Years working with HTTP or TCP or DNS.
- Knowledge within (PHP,JSP,ASP, Java Script)
