ConSol Partners are on the lookout for an experienced contract Recruitment Consultant for our established Digital division. Experience in the following technologies -Advanced Web Technology, Open Source and Microsoft- is needed.

The Role

  • 360 recruitment consultant role
  • Ensures team delivers high quality client and candidate experience
  • Driving KPIs (both activity based and financial), with view to maximising sales
  • Prepare and conduct presentations to clients
  • Set client development plans, ensuring there is a balanced distribution of clients
  • Understand ConSol Partners’ vision and communicate key messages to both candidates and clients
  • Provide accurate forecasts and rationale behind them
  • Demonstrable evidence of winning new accounts and developing existing accounts
  • Client development, relationship-building, maximising new business opportunities

The Individual

  • Experience in recruiting the following disciplines: web development, open source, Microsoft
  • Consistent high-achieving billing record
