SaaS Implementation Project Manager

Overview

ConSol Partners’ client is one of the fastest growing pre-IPO SaaS vendors globally, operating within in the Life Sciences Cloud and Pharmaceutical industries. Our client is responsible for creating the largest SaaS based network, delivering official medicines and vaccines throughout the pharmaceutical supply chain. ConSol Partners’ client has cultivated and achieved a real start up atmosphere in their London office and is looking for dynamic salespeople to bring on new business in a very high-growth market. The client recently received a multi-million dollar investment in Series C funding through some of the United States’ largest Venture Capital companies and is using that to fund their European expansion.

The Role

As a SaaS Implementation Project Manager, some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Provide project leadership for customer and partner integrations.
  • Implement and manage a project governance framework for customer or partner engagements.
  • Develop, manage and report on project status, schedule and risks.
  • Provide clear and effective internal and customer-facing communication and escalation paths and processes.
  • Execute cross-functional, cross-product awareness and coordination of the customer’s service experience, priorities, and needs.

Skills

The required skills of a SaaS Implementation Project Manager include:

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience; MBA preferred. PMP certification is a plus.
  • 5-7 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably within technology or consulting organizations.
  • A demonstrated understanding of when and how to be flexible, and when and how to be firm.
  • Strong interpersonal, facilitation, and presentation skills this I a highly visible position.
  • Extensive knowledge of MS Project, Visio and MS Office products.
  • Knowledge of supply chain business processes including distribution, logistics and warehousing preferred.
  • Life Sciences experience preferred.
  • Experience with computer system validation preferred.
  • Able to travel domestically and internationally 0 – 25% requirement.
