ConSol Partners’ client, a leading system integrator and Genesys Partner, is looking for a Contact Centre Project Manager to join their growing team in Diegem. You will be joining a large contact centre and UC team, responsible for rolling out a contact centre cloud platform, interacting with a Skype for Business environment.
- Governmental Environment
- Rollout a Contact Center Cloud platform interacting with a SfB environment.
- 6 month assignment, extendable
- PM needs to manage
- The rollout of the Genesys Platform
- The On board Customers on this platform
- The development of new futures
- Project structure, PM needs to manage the following
- Sales & Marketing Infrastructure
- Technical & Functional Architect
- enesys & Collaboration team
- Different Client interactions
- A PM methodology
- Excellent communication skills
- Dutch/French – English
- Stress Resistant
- Asset: Experience in the a area of Contact Centres and/or Voice.
